The flowers were ok but its really frustrating that the consumer is expected to know how to arrange them. You don't end up with an arrangement like what you see because the flowers are just wrapped in paper and the instructions are to cut stems diagonally and arrange. It would be nice if you could order one of the round plastic arrangement guides or better yet, include it with the order.

As always, the flowers were beautiful! I have ordered many flowers from your company and have been pleased with all of the arrangements. The only con I have is the delivery fee. It seems a little steep.
