As always, the flowers were beautiful! I have ordered many flowers from your company and have been pleased with all of the arrangements. The only con I have is the delivery fee. It seems a little steep.
I wish I would have seen the actual delivery cost when ordering so that I can better budget before check out.

Everything was smooth, however, I would like to see any/all additional charges in advance of filling out all my credit card info. I.e. Delivery, etc.

The delivery was NOT made on the day I requested and I paid an additional fee to have same day delivery. The notice that was left "on the door" was found floating in the yard of my 88 year old parents home! They found it late that night and it was then too late for delivery! They did call the next day, but the location didn't open until noon. Just very frustrating because I paid extra to have it delivered same day and then the delivery person didn't actually attach the notice to anything and it blew in the wind. Had I not called to ask if they had received the flowers, they wouldn't have even know of a delivery. Sad.
The flowers did not look like what I spent my money on. I'm calling when I get off I want a refund or send some other ones
Ordered the flowers at 8 am, was delievered at 4pm. The person I sent the flowers to was overwhelmed with how beautiful they were. He took picture and send it to be, they looked exacted what I ordered. They were gorgeous. Definitely use them again.
Everything about this order was perfect! Recipient loved the plant for her birthday.
The product shipped look nothing like what I ordered, fromyouflowers did give me a discount on the purchase which was very much appreciated, I was just very disappointed as I loved the look of what I picked out!
