Delivery fees are a little over the top!
I believe the price is misleading somewhat! The flowers were@$20 something dollars, but after placing in the cart it was over $50!
Very easy to choose what you want/need, reasonable prices, quick delivery options. This was my third order and everything was delivered fresh and on time.
So far so good-I hope the delivery is good as well

However the product is great.
Big selection, timely delivery.
The flowers arrived on time and my sister was very pleased. However, they did not look like the picture of the flowers I ordered. They had these big green leaves shoved in. There were no big green leaves in the original picture. I am not good at arranging flowers but I believe I could have made an arrangement look closer to the picture. Since my sister did not see how much prettier the product I ordered looked... I decided to not call and complain. She was happy. I will be reluctant to place another order. I want the flowers to look like what I ordered. ( I did pay for the upgrade arrangement)

So angry. They said "attempted delivery" but the family was home all day and no one came to the door. So they lie to cover up their botched orders. These weee to be flowers for a birthday. Worst experience and unethical!

They were received by my 89 year-old Aunt Josephine in Baltimore at 2400 miles away so I didn't see them in person but she said they're beautiful so I trust they're in good condition and she's pleased with them and the balloon. Thank you so much
