The ordering process was very simple and convenient. I was comfortable with the amount I paid for what I thought I was purchasing. However, I was disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered. It fell short of my expectations based on the photograph on the website. I understand that each florist is different, but you should feel good about getting what you paid for. In this case I felt that there would be a little bit more to my arrangement. Especially since I spent more for the Premium. Almost looks like they forgot something.
Added fee at the end of $14.99 service and handling is mighty steep for a $30 basket. Crazy. I hit order before I saw it or might have changed my mind. I dislike sneaky added fees. Basket better be nice and promptly delivered today.

I paid for the largest option for this particular bouquet and they substituted the high value stems with filler, low value stems. It was a completely different bouquet and not worth the money I paid. I've contacted the company with comparison photos and waiting for a refund. Don't buy from this company!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
