I have already received a picture of the flowers that were delivered to my sister. They are more beautiful than pictured. I am very satisfied.

Cute basket and was received same day which was great. Only issue was that it was a get well basket which I check marked, but the card that they put in was a birthday card.

Unfortunately this is the second and last time i have ordered flowers through you and am not happy with the product. Both times I have ended up with very little of the flowers I paid for and have ended up with cheap filler and a different vase. I have attached photos of yesterdays order.
I understand that the shops might need to substitute flowers but to get a vase crammed with green filler, a few dasies and five tulips was not what I paid $60 for.

The recipient was very pleased with the flowers. She stated that they were beautiful.
There was some confusion as to the delivery address, my fault. However, after speaking with one of your representatives, I was assured that the flowers would go to the revised address. I even received a follow up phone call telling me that they had been delivered. On that phone call I asked for confirmation of the delivery address. First I was told they went to the home address, then I was told it went to the correct one (rehab center). A phone call from the recipient's husband this evening told me that it went to the home address which was the incorrect address. However, he brought the flowers to the recipient. So, overall I would have to say that a very confusing delivery scenario ended up okay but I am not happy with the erroneous information I received by phone regarding this order.

Disappointed in the half dead/ holey flowers we received
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
