I ordered two separate plants and the price was appealing. The arrangement of plants was very nice and the recipient was very pleased. The orders arrived separately from two different florists. The containers were different from the containers pictures. Also, there was a $14.95 shipping and handling charge for each order that was not apparent until the end of the ordering process. That charge should be included throughout the ordering process. Due to time constraints, I went ahead and ordered, but if I had more time I would shop around.
I ordered a deluxe,but it didn't look like it. It was a small bouquet. I have always been satisfied with what you did. Not this time. They look like something I could have gotten from Walmart.
Shopping was fine, I hope the flowers are nice, will rate when they are received by the one I sent them to.

The Flowers look like they were just shoved in a jar no filler no nothing... The same Flowers I could have brought for 20.00 and the picture on the vase look cheap and like a 10 year old did it...If I had known that I was goin g to pay $60.00 for this mess I would have brought a 50.00 gift card for her... Very discapointed...looks nothing like you showed on the Internet.Will never order again from you and will not recommend...

The online ordering part was fine, but when my sister sent me a picture of what she received it was very sparse compared to the succulent garden shown on the website. If you are going to advertise that this is what you are ordering, then it should look like that when the customer receives it. I am very disappointed.
