I was told by the recipient that the flowers are beautiful. My problem is, they were delivered on the wrong date. I purposely ordered them for 8/26 because today is her actual birthday, but even more importantly, she was working when they were delivered and therefore were not seen until the end of the evening.(after a brutal rain/wind storm)
I understand that due to covid there is no contact, but I was meeting her today and if she didnt see them outside her door, I would've told her to look. Just a very upsetting experience.
I did not contact from you florist because what could they actually do? The flowers were delivered.
Solution: The florist should look at the date for delivery before just delivering them.

Unfortunately the way that we get treated by customer service representatives anymore is all scripts. It has to be written down so these people know what to say to a customer. I was told several times by a representative that the delivery was complete with no actual proof. Because the computer said complete, the representative couldn't get past that. I had to email the company to find out the truth. It was marked incorrectly and finally got delivered after 8 hours. Not a great experience

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
