I ordered two of the same flowers for two different people, the one I ordered by phone got there number from website fromyouflowers.com,was delivered same day, short amount of hours and they looked as a beautiful as the advertised picture, the other order I made online and when delivered they look terrible, nothing like the picture at all and it took 24hrs for delivery, I recommend ordering by phone they were very professional and friendly and patient when I called them back with my unsatisfied order.

I think the service/handling charge is a bit steep, especially since I have no idea how plentiful the bouquet of flowers will be.
The flowers that were delivered matched the ones on the website picture. I specifically wanted a purple arrangement and was very glad no substitutions were made to diminish the purple glow that was the recipients favorite color.
My recipient said she really liked the flowers and colourful smiley face mug.
My mother did not receive the color flowers, that I ordered. I ordered yellow, white and blue flowers, my mother received, orange, yellow and purple flowers instead. I am a little upset that the order I placed was not what was sent to her for her birthday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
