Flowers came looking dead! Like the have been sitting in a hot truck all day in a 100 degree heat! They don't even stand up when put in a vase! Tried contacting customer service three times before I got through. The lady said she would send new ones tomorrow, hopefully they come better. Really disappointed a special moment today! Getting them tomorrow is A day late and disappointing!
The site is user friendly which is always a plus. I hesitate to give you a total 5 star rating as your prices are very high. My order was for a major city and I had to order the highest price level of flowers to get them delivered. I find this surprising and unfair. I would mention that to others if they asked. In all fairness I must also say my best friend was thrilled with her smiling mug of flowers. She said it really brightened her hospital room.

Tried this company because they offered same day delivery for a good price. Unfortunately I found out hours after placing the order they would not be able to do same day delivery. We're supposed to get a refund for the money we paid for same day so I'm keeping a watch for that. The flowers were very nice once they were received.
The item was lost at point of delivery. But I was told that they will try to find out what happened to it. An will be informed about it once they find out what happened.
I thought the candy cake was adorable for my son who just went off to college and I couldn't be there. To celebrate with him. What a fun surprise. :)
