Tried to contact customer service to add address information as the website doesn't have enough space to fill in the complete address. I was told to contact the delivery company UPS. I tried several times and just hit the same recording. I called customer service and asked if they can contact UPS for me since they are customer service. They just kept repeating the same thing dozens of times unt I got frustrated and hung up then they repeatedly called me back still repeating the same thing.
The flowers weren't as full as the picture showed. They were pretty but I was expecting a few more flowers

I have purchased flowers several times and each time the recipient has been delighted. They showed me pictures. The flowers were fresh and lovely. The ordering process is easy, too.

Order delivery time was perfect. Price was also good, the only thing that bothered me is when I opened the plastic the roses started falling apart and the tops fell out like someone clipped the tops of the roses off and just set them inside the plastic so I didn't end up wit a dozen roses to display. This was upsetting because I ordered them with a picture vase for someone who just lost a parent.
