The flowers weren't as pretty as the picture hope they last a while.
I ordered the Rose/ Lilly combo in pink colors for 29.99 which included 10 $ off price plus shipping of course, but the arrangement contained NO lilies and NO roses. When I looked again at pictures of choices, I realized I'd been given the Pretty Please arrangement instead, which of course is much cheaper.
While I was VERY happy about the prompt delivery, I was disappointed in the fact that it contained no lilies or roses, which the recipient of the flowers loves! It wasn't what I ordered.
So far so good lets see how smooth the delivery goes delivery went great fat and as ordered will order from here again

Needed a birthday gift for my brother in Ohio while I was in Italy. I placed the order the day before, it was from a local Ohio business (which is very important to me to shop local) and my brother received it the next day on his birthday. He sent me pics and the products were as advertised. Great service, very nice selection of gifts for all occasions.

Flowers was delivered in a box, they were on the truck at 8:54 am with no water. And was delivered at 4:50 pm! My daughter sent me a picture of them they looked Pitiful! Very Disappointed
It is expensive for me to send my best friend some flowers. I order her flowers on Tuesday at 4ish and her flowers weren't delivered until Wednesday at 8pm. That is not acceptable and I want a partial refund.

They were not even the flowers I ordered. I don't know how you can get away with that. I paid almost 80 dollars and you gave me tulips there no tulips in what I picked and no it didn't say substitutes would be used. You have to be kidding me 80 dollars for that omg, will never ever use you again

$70.98 for an arrangement that was under 1 foot tall. It was dwarfed by every thing this site is a joke never will i order or recommend it actually i will go out of my way to deter people from ordering from this site not only small it was delivered half dead.
