On a scale of 1-10 this site would be rated. 001! In January I ordered 2 doz long stem roses (in a vase) to be delivered to my wife on valentine's day. 2 days before the scheduled delivery I got an email from FedEx saying a "package" was enroute. I tried to call the company but got a referral to use email because of the valentine's day rush. On 2/14@ 7am I received an email response saying a supervisor would be contacting me. At 7:15pm the supervisor called and emailed saying they would re-send the flowers. The flowers had not showed up yet. At 8:30pm FedEx arrived with a box containing wilted and rotted roses zip tied together and stuffed into an empty vase. Needless to say, I'm done with this business

My friend said the flowers are beautiful, I ordered the pink and red roses, all the roses were red. I do not know if there was a complete dozen, the picture I received I could only count eight.

The flowers arrived on the right day. Not all the same flowers were used, the arrangement did not have as many flowers in the arrangement as in the picture. The arrangement looked like a 3 year old made it. I left the same message with customer service, with pictures. They did do a prmpt 30% refund.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
