The process is nice and acceptable, its the small size of what was delivered for the price.
I ordered these flowers for a friend's birthday. On the website, it showed that there would be 5 pink roses. When she sent me the photo of the flowers, I see only 3 roses. She was very happy with the flowers, but I was not.

I thought I ordered the birthday cake but when it was delivered it came in a regular vase with no candles, unlike the photo shown. The flowers were still very lovely.
