I expected my order to be delivered on Tuesday but it wasn't until Wednesday. Hopefully the company will contact customers in the future if deliveries are going to be delayed. Other than that, the recipient was very happy with the plant.

I was charged a same day delivery fee and did not request delivery until the next day. I was trying to place the order before 2'30pm central standard time. I was also surprised about the $14.99 service and handling fee since I did not find that fee mentioned in the delivery information. Website easy to use and good product choice, just did not like the surprises at checkout.

Quick easy and full of good choices. After the order was placed it took less than a hour for it to arrive at the destination which was a big surprise.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
