A little Disappointed in the Arrangement because I had gone up in price to Deluxe Level plus the Balloon was Not Available at Local Florist & was Messaged earlier today, that More Flowers would be Added instead. I am attaching photo My Sister Sent Me of the Arrangement She Received this afternoon.

Paid extra to upgrade arrangement and it looked as though it had less flowers and just more filler greens the original (non-upgraded/deluxe) bouquet had in its photo. Wouldn't upgrade again.

I expected my order to be delivered on Tuesday but it wasn't until Wednesday. Hopefully the company will contact customers in the future if deliveries are going to be delayed. Other than that, the recipient was very happy with the plant.

I was charged a same day delivery fee and did not request delivery until the next day. I was trying to place the order before 2'30pm central standard time. I was also surprised about the $14.99 service and handling fee since I did not find that fee mentioned in the delivery information. Website easy to use and good product choice, just did not like the surprises at checkout.
