Great compared to Proflowers.com whom I used prior. I'll give more reviews and feedback when I hear how nice the flowers arrived! My order was for a close friend who recently lost her mother and is going through sad times. She called me when she received the flowers to thank me. I personally didn't see the flowers but she was happy, that was my wish.
Only problem was that I received an email that the delivery was complete and the order hadn't even gotten to the house yet! Was upset that I had to check the flower order and then 15 minutes later the order was really delivered... crazy
We received the flowers in a timely matter and ordering was great. When we received them they extremely hot and starting to wilt the edges of the petals were curled back and brown. My wife say`s it`s a shame they are beautiful but they won`t last long because they got to hot.

The flowers were not as fresh as expected. I am leery of ordering from this site again given that the advertised price was attractive and then there was a hefty handling fee.
Other than a message asking the sender if the flowers were received, my overall experience was positive. I think an update should be made to the sender after the delivery is made, because otherwise the survey question about the delivery cannot be addressed appropriately.
I paid for same day delivery and my order was not fulfilled as such. I got the reimbursement for same day delivery but that isn't the point behind it. I wanted this to be for a specific day for an unexpected issue that arose and it wasn't there when I needed it to be.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
