Sadly the cheap-looking arrangements are the fault of a lazy or scamming florist. However, the pricing and ultimate delivery was excellent.
I have ordered from fromyouflowers several times and have never been disappointed with the order process, delivery or the plants and flowers. Every person I have ordered for has remarked about the beautiful arrangements and product quality.
The flowers were very nice. However, I requested a Congratulations balloon but they delivered a Make A Wish Birthday balloon instead.
$15 handling fee was pretty expensive
I was not okay with the customer service. The company was too focused on the delivery of the flowers. I would have delayed the delivery, if I had to. My concerns where not address. When I asked if the colors would be the same, since the flowers got changed. The policy was quoted to me, instead of answer my question. When I asked if the heat would ruin the flowers if I gave permission to leave them, since my family wasn't home. My question was not answered and the lady asked again. ' Well the driver is there now and trying to deliver them'. Unfortunately I was on my way to a different funeral. Out of state, so I just said leave them. I didn't have to to argue. The only reason I have a 3 star instead of a lower one is because my family said the bouquet was beautiful.

I could not be in Nevada for my favorite cousins surgery but I was soooo relieved when your company was able to deliver flowers and balloons the same day. When my cousin got out of surgery she was greeted by my token of love made possible by your company. Thank you!
I bought my friend flowers for same day delivery because she was having a rough day. I'm in NY and she's in Cali so I was a me to place the order around 9 am PST and they arrived just after her lunch. It was a great way to brighten her day and remind her I'm around from a far.
