Nice and fresh flowers arrived on time!
The color of the flowers in the arrangement was no where near the vivid pink shown on your site - this made the arrangement look drab when it is was supposed to be to brighten someone's day. The vase was a plain clear glass when again it was shown to be a dark pink. The bow looked like a child had tied it.
Overall as my first experience with fromyouflowers.com I can say that I would not recommend this site or use it again.
Same delivery was excellent - really appreciated that! Price was a bit steep but it was a special day so I paid it anyway. Ordering was very easy and nice that I could pay through my Amazon account.

The picture and what I received did not look the same. The flowers were short compared to the vase and it looked a little strange. The flowers themselves were pretty.
Was expecting to look closer to the website pic but luckily y'all used blue checkered and it was for a passing of a boy.

Lots to choose from - pictures made all look very beautiful. My daughter confirmed that it truly was as beautiful.
I spent a lot of time picking an arrangement that did NOT have a vase, and was a garden type arrangement. The arrangement that was delivered was in a glass vase and a normal bouquet arrangement. The type of flowers were pretty accurate, but the design and overall look was NOT was I wanted. This arrangement will be difficult and probably unable to leave at the cemetery after the funeral service.
My only complaint is that you have to go through the entire checkout process before getting your accurate subtotal, and that there is quite a bit of runaround when you'd like to track an order.
It looked quite different than the picture, but not in a disappointing way. It got delivered early in the morning, which I was very pleased.
No delivery fee info until last page and no space for discount codes I had. Also the card includef was not legible so the people I sent the flowers to had to call me and ask what was written on the card
Thank you. I heard from the a friend that the arrangement was delivered and looked gorgeous.
I placed my order on 8-15-19 for a birthday delivery on 8-22-19, a full week ahead. The order agreement said it would be delivered between 9 am and 6pm. I got an email notice at 7pm that day that it was delivered so i called my daughter, who's birthday it was,to see how she liked it, only to find out that it had not been delivered. I called the 800 number to let them know and they told me that the florist would have to wait till the driver returned before she could confirm the delivery. I never heard back.
An hour later at about 8pm, my daughter let me know that it had been delivered.
It was a birthday gift, as i mentioned, and i am very disappointed that it could not have been delivered in the agreed to time, especially since I ordered it a full week ahead of time.
