I ordered the premium arrangement. My mother received the flowers as a birthday gift. When she got them she couldn't even tell what flower it was because all of them were closed and hadn't even opened yet. She had to call to find out what flowers we sent her. The vase we ordered was awesome. We added the picture to the vase. So if I had to say she liked the vase $12 worth more than the $70 bucks in flowers.

Surfing the site was easy. However I was not satisfied with the product delivered. I purchased a $60 plant to be used in someone's office. I was appalled at the size and the appearance of the plant. It looked like a plant that could have been purchased from the supermarket for $10.
I called up customer rep to complain and I was told that they would deliver another one next week. Hopefully it will be a beautiful plant

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
