Help with skipping and order

My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, December 21,2021 I spoke with Amy via chat and she advised me that my order was not anywhere close to being delivered.

Amy assisted me with getting my refund and as well as changing my future orders to a different delivery date. She was very helpful and very professional with the entire process.

The customer service person, Diana, resolved the issue quickly. I'm satisfied with how they handled it. I like the freshly service but I've had several orders wrong during my subscription. I don't think that it's so inexpensive as to justify this to happen so often.
