Christmas gift gone wrong

Thank you for your empathy when my mothers Christmas gift was delivered with the incorrect food. She has food sensitivities so it almost like the gift was mute with what had been delivered. A full refund allows for second try at getting the gift right.

We had to cancel our subscription due to a family emergency. Belle U was great! It was done by chat and she was friendly and efficient! Not once did she try to talk me out of canceling or sell me something else. When our situation passes, we will be back!

Outstanding service and excellent meals
December 29, 2021

This order was a gift for my friends in Van Nuys post surgery. They loved the meals as did their friend who was there to provide assistance. The portions were perfect and preparation very easy. As a result of their rave reviews, I will treat myself in the new year once I have cleared out my refrigerator. Unfortunately, I did not record the name of the person on chat, but many kudos to her for a seamless transition and transaction
