Bad! Mushy food

I'm not sure what everybody else is eating. But yuck! Do not recommend. Someone else said it taste worst than the freezer food at the market and I definitely agree. No no no

Great customer service

I had a great experience with customer service changing my meal choices after the deadline. Since so many teacher cafeterias are closed I rely on freshly for my lunch! And they are tasty and I didn't have to do any dishes. Thank you.

I seriously have no idea how they have such high ratings. The meals are DISGUSTING. I won 10 free meals at work and at first i was actually excited because I'm too busy to cook but unfortunately EVERY SINGLE ONE was BAD.
They all had a bitter aftertaste. Vegetables were overcooked to mush and the majority were salt bombs. I recommend getting grocery store frozen meals instead, it will be cheaper and they won't try to trap you into a subscription. Whoever developed the recipes for freshly needs to be fired ASAP.

Food so bland and mushy I could barely eat it

I am sure there are some good Freshly meals -- and a few that I ate were tolerable. But as a rule, I found the Freshly meals to be not only bland and tasteless but of such a consistency I could barely finish them. In fact, I ultimately threw a bunch of them out. Very disappointing, as I was really hoping Freshly would be a good solution to eating healthy and still having convenience.

I have been impressed everytime that I have had to interact with the customer service. Belle U is not exception and was efficient and helpful to fix my issue!
