Good Customer Service & Meals

Excellent customer service, helped me to cancel an unwanted week, shortly after the confirmation of the order. Have also helped adjust the delivery address on short notice in the past as well. As for the meals, excellent variety and quality.

Only a few of the meals are beyond mediocre. Moreover there is a recurring problem with meal delivery. In the short time I have been a subscriber, my delivery has been missed a number of times. I truly wish you would use someone other than UPS for delivery. It should be noted that your customer service reps, like DJ today, have been quite helpful in rectifying the situation, but it's a shame that so many meals have gone to waste.

Great Customer Service

I did not realize when I received a promotion code that it was for a specific amount of meals and was a bit shocked when I saw the charge to my credit card was much higher than expected. Mary F. Was able to assist me and help to get this straightened out very much to my satisfaction so that I can get more meals at the promotion price.
