Problwm with one of the meals.

I found a pice of a blue glove in the All-American Meat Loaf and took a picture. On the app, I used the customer service messenger and was connected with Arjen. Just a short chat and a picture share later, and Freshly refunded our whole weeks meals. The customer service is top notch and very fast working!

Jess is the best!

Jess was very helpful and was able to fix my issue quickly! I just signed up for Freshly and needed to make a change so Jess gave me a link with instructions. Unfortunately it still wouldn't allow me to make changes, so Jess offered to make them for me. I was able to swap out a meal that had foods in it I don't like for something else I would eat. Amazing customer service!

Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue changing my father's meals for delivery next week. Sent an e-mail very early this morning and immediately received feedback from Mary R, who not only provided me with service, also offered to make the changes if I continued to have issues and finally ensured my issues were resolved to full satisfaction. Great representative of Freshly. Very impressed.
