Great Work

Late delivery

My order was due on Friday but didn't make it here and no deliveries on weekends so food is spoiled. Mel with customer service was very helpful and credited my account plus and extra amount for the inconvenience. Also she was able to change my delivery day so hopefully this won't happen again! Very good service!

Raffy is AMAZING!

Raffy is a freaking life saver. I changed my meals on the wrong week and was super upset when 6pm rolled around and it was processing my meals from the week before. He was able to go in and fix it for me thank goodness. Now I won't be cranky with the same meals from last week lol :) thank you so much Raffy for all your help and patience!
