Great food & customer service

The food tastes great, and our busy family loves having meals that we don't have to cook. Customer service is stellar. Mayumi was courteous and helpful in our chat today. I gave 4 stars because delivery is occasionally a problem. We have had several weekly deliveries canceled last minute because shipping was late and the meals were unsafe to consume (I'd say about 10 times since we became customers when the pandemic hit the U.S.). But most of the time we receive our weekly meals on time. I'm hoping deliveries become more consistent once the pandemic dies down. Overall a great company and great food.
