Good meal, great service

Working third shift in a small town, there aren't really any options. Ordering from Freshly gives me a variety of good food that I didn't have to cook myself. The only time I have ever had a problem, their customer service representatives handled my problem really well and quickly. They were so nice to boot. I really enjoy ordering from Freshly.

Help with incorrect meal sent.

Just had a chat with Jess regarding an incorrect meal sent to us this week. Jess looked into the matter and has issued us a credit to our account. She was very kind and helpful with this matter and we appreciated her concern. We are overall enjoying our Freshly subscription each week. The meals are delicious, but we have found so far our favorite is "Steak Peppercorn".

Handled my issue

I was gifted six meals and was trying to order, but it was not taking and I could not figure out why. Cassie was not clear on how to fix it at first, but she stuck with me and figured it out. I can no move forward with my order.

Great customer service

Nikki was a great hero to me when my box arrived addressed to me, but had someone else's meal line up inside. She quickly issued a refund for my order and gave me a future discount to use. While I'm disappointed not to get the meals I was looking forward to, I understand mistakes happen. Thank you to Nikki for helping me get it all sorted out.
