Best customer service

MARY F is an awesome asset to the Freshly team. I am out of town and dropped the ball on cancelling my order this week, she refunded me no problem. I wish all customer service was this good. We should all be like Mary.

I was experiencing lot of shipping problems with their carrier but the Freshly customer support team immediately addressed my needs. Yesterday, I reported that my package was marked as delivered but never made its way over and so 2 of Freshly's customer support associates helped me and today my package safely arrived. Thank you for all your help!

My meals arrived a day later than usual with half melted freezer packs. Since these meals are for my daughter in college, I wanted to be extra careful that they weren't spoiled in transit. Just a quick chat with Ivy put my mind totally at ease. She even double checked to make sure the meals were cool to the touch as they should be. She was polite and friendly. I felt like I was a valued customer
