Prompt, productive support.

I help my in-laws with their Freshly subscription and they wanted to make some changes to the next weeks order but the info came in too late for me. The virtual assistant was no help but I was able to quickly connect with Mary F. And after confirming so details she was quickly able to make the changes for me.

Ivy was most helpful with my problem and corrected it quickly and graciously. Although I discontinued my subscription for awhile I will be back. It was my first weekly renewal of freshly and I missed the online option to edit my meals. I reached out to service and Jim informed me he could still do it on his end if I knew what meals. I needed a moment to bring up the menu and such so he informed me the system would time out after a couple minutes but I could easily message back when ready.

Cassie took good care of me and informed me my requested updates were made.

Thanks a bunch! Looking forward to trying my first meal tonight!
