Incomplete Order

I had just received my order and it was missing two of the six meals. I got on the online chat and was sent to Pink. She was extremely polite and professional and worked quickly to get me a refund for the missing items and made sure I was happy with the results before she left. Very good employee..

Great customer service

My package said it was delivery but it wasn't in my building or by my door. Freshly Customer Service was able to refund everything and also contact the delivery team to see what was going on. Jassy was friendly and assertive and I greatly appreciate all the help and understanding.

Great customer service!

Nikki came to my rescue to confirm with me that all of my original food choices will come to me, though I received an email stating otherwise. The texting function is utilized very well! I have been on this program a month and I feel healthier and lighter already on a day to day basis.

Late Delivery Made Right

My delivery was late, at no fault of Freshly. I contacted a customer service rep via the app for help. I was connected with Nikki via chat and she immediately rectified the entire situation. A simple solution to a minor issue, the way all customer service should be. Thank you Freshly team!
