I missed my weekly deadline to confirm or skip next week's meals. I needed to skip these meals. Pink was very fast and helpful assisting to skip the meals. She was also very courteous. Great experience! Thank you!

Harper did an amazing job handling the troubles I was experiencing. There was a mix-up with the cutoff date and she handled it perfectly. With all the options out there, I'm so glad I picked Freshly. Great food and customer service!

HORRIBLE

I tried this for a week. I've ordered ten meals. I had the first last night and it was terrible! I went to the site and paused my meals and then I got charged $90! Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get money back that I never spent!

I contacted freshly via chat to report that a meal was missing from my shipment. Pink was not only quick to respond, but also friendly and issued a refund for the missing meal. I have had several issues to date with previous shipments and appreciate the quick responses to resolve those issues! Your customer service has been top notch and has kept me coming back!

An Entirely Wonderful Experience
