Freshy is one of the worst I have ever had. I have gotten better food in the freezer section of the grocery store. The food looks, nothing like the pictures, it taste horrible and when you put it in the microwave it looks like something a child cooked. This food is to expensive to look and taste the way that is does, and oh yeah, very high in sodium. I would not recommend Freshly to anyone. I cancelled my subscription after my 1st order.

Customer Service has been great.

Even though I have had to cancel my subscription, I just want to confirm that it has absolutely nothing to do with the menu/food, or the fine customer service that I've experienced with freshly. Hopefully I'll be back, but if I'm not it won't be because of anything y'all have done wrong.:-)
August was my customer service rep on this latest exchange, and she did great job. As usual.
