Response to questions about ordering

I was trying to do a couple of unusual (for me) things to our order. When I got lost in cyberspace, and my questions were to complicated for the automatic answers, Ava M. Came to the rescue. She understood what I was trying to do and was very helpful in answering two questions. This is a great website... one of the main reasons that we continue to order from Freshly.

Horrible introduction

Pretty horrible experience right off the bat. The first delivery was two days late and no longer fresh. The second week they just canceled my delivery because they don't have the ability to deliver that week? I was made aware of neither of these developments. I got texts letting me know my order was supposed to ship, but none notifying me that it would be late or that next week had been canceled. I went into the app, but there were no notifications about the problems there either. It just led me to a broken link if I tried to track my delivery, but it still said it was on time. Finally wrote to customer support and that's when I found out about all the issues with the orders. Hopefully I can find someplace more consistent and communicative.
