Great customer service.

I'm new to the program and did not realize I hadn't changed my meal selections before the next shipment.
The individual I worked with in Customer Support was extremely accommodating and solved the problem quickly and effeciently.

Best food

I love the food, never had a problem with shipping only one time the tracking number was wrong but other time has been good my food delivered cold still pack is frozen also I would eat this at work for lunch so quick 3 mins tops and let it set for 1 min or two but while here and there stir it :) also eat for dinner to if I get a lot

Best Customer Service Hands Down!

I have never had a bad experience when it comes to Freshly, and it's not just because the outcome was favorable. Everyone I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with has gone above and beyond to listen, research and help me with my concern. I had the pleasure of chatting with Nikki just now through the chat option located on the Freshly website and she was kind, knowledgeable and respectful. She took the time to look at a past issue, evaluate my current subscription and even gave me feedback on a meal I wasn't sure if I would like. She answered my question (had she tried it or not) respectfully and honestly - she hadn't but it was a meal that most customers raved about and added to their subscription when it came back available. I don't think I could ask for more when it comes to customer service... keep up the AMAZING work!

Great customer service

Freshly has been a great service. Meals are tasty and offer a nice variety. I had an issue where I didn't update my subscription for the following week. Completely my oversight. Upon contacting customer service to see if I could still adjust I chatted with August. August was extremely helpful, quick to respond and rectified my issue without hesitation.

Hi yesterday I was shipped someone else order the customer support agent yesterday only gave me a credit on my next order but today august went above and beyond today and gave me a full refund on the mistake they made yesterday in giving me someone else's order thank you very much august in doing the right thing and keeping me as a customer I love freshly I didn't want to go to another meals company the steak peppercorn is delicious and is my favorite meal at Freshly's

Had to abruptly cancel delivery...

Thank you Freshly for being so accomodating to my request. Although my order was already in progress, due to a matter out of my control, I knew no one would be home to accept delivery and asked that this particular order be canceled. MJ T was great with quickly responding to my request and offered a great resolution.

I sent a chat because in my area, Freshly only delivered on Wed-Fri. Since I want to eat the meals Mon, Tues & Thur I was very hesitant because I want meals to be fresh. I was told I can freeze the meals up to 2 weeks, so now I am going to give a try.
