Josh was able to get my request handled with no issues. I expected to have to justify my request but wasn't even asked. It was simply taken care of. Life happens. I hate having to justify myself when that occurs. It was so nice not to have to...

Saved me from frustration!

Issue with packaging

When I tried to slide the paper cover off, it was stuck and I realized there was a tear in the plastic that must have leaked and stuck. In less than 5 minutes on the app, my account was credited. Not just yummy food, but caring humans.

I chatted with customer serve because I saw a significant increase in my bill. Josh assisted me. He was very professional. He answered all my question and cancelled my account for me. He did a great job but the price of the meals has gotten too high.
