I received an email with a $$'s off offered. I clicked on the email and wanted to see what meal item choices there were. Didn't see anything that appealed so I left the website. Tonight I got an email stating my order would be arriving on the 22nd. This is crazy I didn't to initiate any order. I immediately got onto an online chat with a rep named Diane. She was very nice and said she canceled the order for me which is great but because of the way your website operates I will not visit it again. I'm going to remove myself from your mailing group. There needs to be something there for the consumer / customer confirming an order. I pressed no such button. I was told an order is initiated just by opening your email. I consider this to be fraud and will be reporting it. My hope is that my experience will prompt you to improve your website.

Lost package found!

I thought I lost my package so I contacted support. They sent me a refund for my order but I later I was able to locate the package. Then I contacted support again to tell them it's okay to reverse the refund, but they told me to keep it. Thank you so much Diana S! I really appreciate it!

The default button on my orders was not working! I kept getting a default of 10 orders of Buffalo chicken which is too spicy for me to even eat! After talking to Josh on the chat, not only was he very patient with me while I sat and had to choose 10 new meals, but he set my default menu so this would not happen again! Meal crisis diverted! Thanks Josh!

Prompt Response to Delivery Delay
October 13, 2021

Due to a shipping delay I received my box after the allowable time for food safety. I contacted customer service in the app chat. August was able to quickly help me, confirm the meals were no longer safe to eat, and processed the refund. I appreciate the hassle free process!

Meals were delivered to wrong address

I did not receive my meals. The operator showed me a picture of where the meals were delivered to and it was not my foyer. She rectified the situation by applying a credit to my account.
