Received Wrong Meals

Received wrong meals. Contacted customer support. Mary F. Was wonderful at quickly checking and letting me know we did receive meals we didnt order and offering a refund or credit. In addition she "returned" the weekly credit we were issued. I really appreciate the quick and kind resolution! Thank you Mary and Freshly.

We are moving to a different state at the end of October and were concerned we wouldn't be able to continue our Freshly orders. Nikki quickly looked up our new zip code and confirmed that not only does Freshly delivers in that area, but also told me which day we can expect it.

Very helpful! August was amazing. My finace and I made a mistake and had a bad day. We thought we had more time to change our meals but the window closed. August was helpful and allowed us to make changes to our meals although we were over the deadline.

Accidental Charges
