I think I signed up for some trial or something I can't even remember. Turns out Freeshipping.com has been withdrawing $13 from my card for literally years. Just realized today. If I stole several hundred dollars from these douchebags I'm pretty sure I would go to jail. How is this any different? Total scam. AVOID.
This company has used sneaky practices to steal money from my accounts. They say I signed up. I never signed anything. I advise you to be careful, pay attention to your bank accounts. This place used a card that no longer exists. To say they could steal from my linked accounts. I gave no permission. They just helped themselves to steal money from my accounts. Next stop BBB.
I didn't realize I was being charged a monthly fee. Its a shame that this company has to pull the wool over people's eyes.
They will cheat you. Their website doesn't work, it does not collect receipts and purchases the way it's supposed to and they will tell you that you have to collect all of your receipts yourself and then resubmit them. You can spend all day searching the web for your original receipts, copying them, and cropping, etc. them in photoshop in order to prove you've made your purchases. Even though they were made through the free shipping portal. It's happened to me a dozen times and I still have to go through this crap - they've missed 10 of my purchases in the last month
I repeat, don't waste your money on this company.
It's been three weeks since my order, I have not recieved one email, even though I have sent four. No confirmation of order or shipment. No nothing. Its highly unsettling. I do not recomend ordering from this company. Especiay if you suffer from anxiety. It's been very stressful. Also, on check out, they make you click through a bunch of adds and since its after you put in your credit card info, I clicked the wrong thing and added 50 dollars to my order. This felt very predatory and now they're ghosting me...
Doesnt deserve one star it charges you 2$ upfront and 13$ every month luckily I canceled my "membership" after signing up, don't waste your money, im sure the 1 star review for this app is fake, avoid
For months I have been trying to get replacement checks that I didn't receive or cash. I've sent mail through USPS, have emailed through their site and through their email. For MONTHS, I have been getting the run-around and have not received a response from anyone that knows what is going on. Honestly, I have a friend that is a reporter on Channel 5 FOX Atlanta and I am ready to ask her to turn it over to investigate this company. Many people have said the same thing! NIGHTMARE dealing with them.
While placing an order for shoes on a retail site, FreeShipping.com gets involved without my knowledge or consent. I have now cancelled my original order from the retailer (because I no longer trust them} that caused the problem and received a refund. There were 2 unauthorized charges from FreeShipping.com. One charge was for $2 and the other a week later for $13.00. I have gotten ZERO satisfaction from FreeShipping.com, nor have I been able to get a refund. PayPal will not assist, so I am now shutting down my PayPal account.
I ordered an AC compressor from PartsGeek.com since their website said "free shipping" which made it the best price. But then PartsGeek.com charged me for shipping anyway and said I had to apply for a shipping rebate from their partner, FreeShipping.com. After I gave FreeShipping.com my information so "they'd know where to send my rebate," they demanded my credit card number so they could charge me $13/month for their "services" which I don't want. Holy buckets, what a scam! I'll never again buy anything from PartsGeek.com or any other retailer that pulls this "free shipping" scam. I'd give FreeShipping.com zero stars if I could. I can't see why would anyone give FreeShipping.com more that 1 star for this scam unless they are its owners or employees?
I never heard of this thing until I saw a charge on my bank account. I called customer service and was told they couldn't see the transaction I was talking about. They said I should call back later.
I assume it was a "slam" subscription attached to a legitimate purchase.
Turns out, the rebate is $15 on your first shipping. Some rebate. Cost $13 to get. So, for $28, you get $15 of shipping. What a scam.
I ordered two pairs of jeans from Kohl's next thing you know I'm charged two dollars from freeshipping.com I ordered two more pairs of jeans through Kohl's got charge $13 from freeshipping.com kohl's said it was free shipping because I spent A certain amount that qualified for free shipping money i've never heard of freeshipping.com that's definitely misleading title so I got on my bank account and ask them to stop payment which it was too late lesson learned I will definitely watch how I order online again and I will not be buying from Kohl's again Kohl's you were part of the problem allowing this company to be affiliated with you scammers you should both be ashamed of yourselves
Making a purchase and was rerouted to Free Shipping.com thinking this was part of the purchase package. Clicked and paid, within two minutes the credit card called for FRAUD. Long story short, credit card was cancelled and the rest of the saturday will be spent changing accounts. Within 5 minutes Free Shipping.com F ed up my whole day
These jerks worked with Parts Geek to rip us off for over $100 in monthly fees plus sign-up fee. Simple "free shipping" ad by Parts Geek was a total scam! They refunded about half of our monthly fees and wouldn't refund the rest. Someone's getting rich by scamming people. Next stop, BBB and Yelp. Will report this company to everyone we can, and also will report Parts Geek. Look at these reviews, shouldn't this guy be in jail by now? I don't believe all of their "please reach out" responses, because we did and they basically told us they would not refund the rest of our money. What a piece of dirt.
UPDATE: We ended up filing a complaint with the BBB, at which point FreeShipping.com refunded the rest of our monthly fees. Though we are glad to get the $ refunded in full, the hoops we had to jump through and time spent was worth about the same amount of money if we were being paid hourly for our time. This is a fraudulent business practice, I wouldn't be surprised to see "FreeShipping.com" featured on the show "American Greed". They should be shut down.

I've been using freeshipping for over 5 years. It works like a charm. Yes, there is a monthly $13 ish I'm charged monthly but thats nothing compared to the benefits. Also I make sure there are no plugins like (Adblock - ABP) interfering with communication between freeshipping and the site I am shopping from.
I hope this review helps someone. Freeshipping works great for me. My card gets charged monthly, I also get checks monthly. 10% cashback on most popular sites like Walmart, HomeDepot, Lowes, BestBuy... the list goes on.

So as I mention in my original post:
If you're planning on subscribing to Freeshipping.com, take note of my recent experience, and proceed with caution when purchasing large priced items, as you could be denied your cashback for any reason the retailer gives, and end up losing $100's of dollars.

I see we have reached out directly to confirm the status of this request.
During the recent Thanksgiving weekend - Cyber Monday, Freeshipping.com offered 20% cash back instead of the usual 10%, so I made multiple purchases of amounts ranging from $20 up to $1250. For the larger purchase amounts I took screen shots of the ordering process. Of all the orders I placed over this weekend, the largest purchase was not credited to my account $1250. 97, excluding tax $1149. I should have received $229.80 cash back for this order. After a week of not receiving the credit, I contacted Freeshipping.com, I sent them 3 forms of proof of this order transaction through e mail. The first was a screen shot from the website I purchased from ABT Electronics, showing the order confirmation page. At the top of the screen shot, there's 3 tabs, the 1st tab states "Home| Freeshipping.com" the 2nd tab states "ABT Electronics| Freeshipping.com" and the 3rd tab states "ABT - Order Confirmation. The 2nd form of proof was a screen shot of the e mail order confirmation received from ABT Electronics, the 3rd was a screen shot of the rebates section on Freeshipping.com, this shows the date I made the purchase. After viewing my proof, a Freeshipping rep stated this:
"Hello, The documentation has been received. Thank you! From reviewing the order we are not able to directly locate a reason on our end that would negate the cashback from being reported. Keep in mind each retailer has their own restrictions and tracking records regarding cash back purchases. So we have sent a direct inquiry to the retailer regarding this purchase. If the retailer is not able to locate a reason on why the purchase was not added then you will see the cashback for that purchase added to your savings center in the next 2-8 weeks. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns in the meantime. FreeShipping.com Customer Service"
The above is freeshipping.com confirming they can't find a reason why my cashback wasn't reported after viewing the proof I sent.
After 8 weeks of waiting, no cash back credit received for this order, I contact Freeshipping.com through e mail, and now, a different rep tells me this:
"The retailer had reported the purchase as Conflict: Order credited to other publisher."
The Freeshipping.com rep will not answer direct questions about this, but basically it states, ABT Electronics gave the cash back credit to an unknown cash back site, so Freeshipping.com can't pay me the cash back, unbelievable. Even with the proof I provided, this is how they treat a customer of 4+ years. I recently had to hassle them for TWO YEARS worth of charges that my father unknowingly made. I just found out they are charging his account AGAIN! I cannot believe any cc company would allow this company to use their services. Had to report them to amex FOR THE SECOND TIME. Unbelievable!

Since I do not do much shopping outside of a few select websites and really do not look at my account all that often much to my surprise I found I was being charged without my express written (as in legal form sent back and forth) permission to keep getting not only a first charge then to find I was getting charged for months in which I had no idea that their definition of "Free Shipping" is a recurring monthly charge. Nothing free about it what so ever. I'm not certain how they are tied in with NFL Shops but I could not find anywhere the mention of "Free Shipping Dot Com"

Go to "freeshipping.com" then delete the site from which you plan to buy-it will direct you to that site. (I always take screenshots of final receipts to add to my freeshipping.com submission), Afterwards you need to enter the purchase date-total cost and shipping cost…then a code is given. I have timed myself-the submission takes 35 secs if you are fluid on the computer. Have been a member for over 5 years and saved hundred$$! Trustworthy site-w/discounts as well as freeshipping (up to $10/order). $500 max shipping refunds per year…no limit on 10-20% off discounts!
