$15 cash back turns into $15 maybe but after they charge $2 for 7 day membership then another $13.99 per month after. Not worth it. Thanks for wasting my time
Hides membership and can be accidentally signed up for. Sends only one email and then avoids contact. The goal is to leech money every month without you noticing the charges. Total trash, avoid at all costs.
They ask for credit card information and deduct money from your account. They trick you into giving $10 cashback. Never use this.
Worthless junkies... they rip you off by charging every month and initally will allow you and when you make more purchase that gives you more cashback... they block your account without any notice and will give all blame reasons like multiple accounts... they don't have an option to enroll with old account in their site. They steal people money but getting their commissions for the customer's purchase and denying cashback for end user. Such a SHAME on you...
This site sent an email like it was a company I ordered from not long ago and said I had a discount on my shipping costs and 15% off my next order. After taking my name, address, email, and card number for refund. They tried to charge me two dollars ($2.00).
Then a easy cancelation email that takes you to cancelhero.com and for ($37.00) thirty seven dollars they will cancel the two dollars.
WHAT A SCAM FROM BOTH SITES.
This company is a complete scam, whose purpose is to ripoff costumers, when I say rip off it is real. This company hides small charges and do not conduct internal financial auditing in order to be fear with customers, instead, they keep charging customers every month for many years, and the consumer may oversee these small charges in the credit card statements to get by unnoticed for years. I do hope that someone out there in the legal domain can investigate and audit this company, indeed, Reshipping.com grants a class-action law suit for stealing billions of dollars to innocent consumers out there.
Apparently I signed up for this site two years ago. I vaguely remember doing this, but I don't exactly remember the details of how or why I got to the site. What I do know is that I would not have signed up knowingly to a $13 USD per month subscription for a cash back service- especially when I don't really shop at their retailers. Well how about that, I just discovered that these scammers have been charging me monthly for two years, stealing almost $400 CND from me without ever seeing any cash back. Joke is on me for not watching my credit card statement closely enough, I guess. I searched my emails and the only message I ever got from them was the initial welcome email. No monthly promotions, no notifications of new cash back offers, no "we miss you" marketing, no statements on my membership- which I get from every other service I have ever subscribed to. If I had gotten any communications from them over time I would have been more aware and on top of this. I truly think this is intentional, they are hoping you will sign up and forget like I did. They stay quiet and collect your money. Please learn from my mistake, run away from this site and don't look back.
Total joke of a business. I opened an account last year and then made a couple purchase, for my cashback then closed it to avoid paying the fee. More than a year later, I open an account again to take advantage of the cashback on a new purchase. After making the purchase, they closed the account without warning. The excuse was that "I already had an account so I can't have more than one per household". Nowhere was there an option to "re open" the old account that was cancelled so, of course, I had to create a new one. In the end I lost a lot of cashback and u can bet they kept it all for themselves. What a joke of a company. They customer support is outsourced and are of zero help. Reported to various agencies.
They are taking advantage cause they sneak their add over laget companies and makes you think its part of that compny but is not
Ordered from NFL.com and Proozy.com the first time I noticed something on my credit card account called freeshipping.com charging me for $2.00 then for 2 months after $13.00 EACH month... I emailed whatever this "company" is and said cancel this and DO NOT ever charge my card again. Then today I placed an order for Christmas at Proozy and at check out it said free shipping and the circle was filled in already so I thought I just qualified for free shipping as it said NOTHING else. Some how this Freeshipping.com tricks you into some sort of commitment you never sign up for! I will NEVER intentionally use them with this trickery! Thieves doing a scam side business! And you better refund my money too! Luckily I caught it this time round! I'd give you zero stars you suck so bad! And I'm pissed!
I saw 2 payments taken from my account. Called and spoke with a guy just now who was rude and would not allow me to complete a sentence. Stated he did a refund. I tried asking if refund was for both payments and he ended the call. How can you take money from my account and I did not even give you my banking info. My info is on Groupon. Not your site. Bunk of crooks.
I cannot express how I am moved and I have the feeling that I have been deceived.
In 2015, I bought a dog sled, which offered free delivery. After 6 years, it turned out that I pay a subscription of $ 16 a month! 108 months!
I tried to claim it, I got a refund for 6 months, but 102 months are covered with silence. None contacts me! None has nothing to say? Over a $1000 from my pocket was stolen!
Is that a business or a scam?
I just realized I was being billed $12.97 monthly freeshipping.com. When I called them, they said that I had signed up for this on ebay in 2018. I have absolutely no recollection of this and I doubt that it is true.
Great premise, but the execution and customer service are deplorable. Don't bother with this site unless you are prepared to spend many, many hours tracking your orders, receipts, and their so-called cash backs and accounting. I wrote literally hundreds of emails--sent documentation over and over again--only to have many legitimate purchases declined for cash back as promised. 10% is a great cash back, but only IF you get paid. Don't waste your time.
I've been billed for this service for some time. I have no idea what it's for. I've asked them and all they say is that I've cancelled my membership. I never knew I had a membership. I've asked what it's for, but they don't respond. I had free shipping through WalMart, but it was cancelled months ago. Other than that, I truly have no idea why they're billing me and if it was for WalMart, they have continued to bill me after it was cancelled. But, I don't know for sure what it's for.
Interesting; after I complained about what I thought was a scam charge on my credit card by freeshipping.com, a few hours later I received emails from the company to tell me they had reversed the charges on my credit card which I had already reported to the credit card company as a fraudulent charge and which required me to have a new credit card issued. Not sure what to conclude from that but I have a few ideas
I would have given them zero stars but that wasn't an option. What this company likes to do is kick you out of your account once you have earned any large amount of cash back. You would think that a company that charges 13 dollars a month would be ran better. And when you contact customer service it might take up to 6 days to get a reply! They don't deserve to be in business! And i only had multiple accounts because they pull the same garbage the first time i had an account!
I don't know what I've signed up for or how this has my account info but I was just now able to cancel my "membership" that I don't even remember signing up for. I even called my bank to figure out where this transaction was coming from every month and the only thing they could do was cancel my card until I figured out it was coming from this website. This sight is useless and a huge scam.
This is the stupidest idea EVER! Why pay $13 a month for NOTHING? I was never sent the $10 rebate that I was supposed to get from a Monoprice order that I placed that "Free"shipping.com claimed they would rebate but NEVER did and I am being charged $13 a month for this "service". WHY would ANYONE pay $13 a month for a service that provides NOTHING?
They tried to sneak $15 out of my account and claimed a monthly membership after 7 days! This site is a complete scam! Shame on parts geek for partnering with them!
Answer: Their advertising is a little sneaky I give you that. But that's your fault, just like out on the city streets, a fool and their money is soon parted.
Answer: Hi Christina, unfortunately I can't locate your account using the information here. Can you please reach out to me directly at [email protected]?
Answer: What's so dishonest about it? I am a regular subscriber and can easily recover my subscription fee many times over.
Answer: I did, but only after threatening to report them to the Attorney General in my state. They rely on the fact that few people will make a fuss.
Answer: You have to buy items from a website…anything from eBay to BATH & BODY WORKS, OVERSTOCK…many others. Go to "freeshipping.com" then delete the site from which you plan to buy-it will direct you to that site. (I always take screenshots of final receipts to add to my freeshipping.com submission), Afterwards you need to enter the purchase date-total cost and shipping cost…then a code is given. I have timed myself-the submission takes 35 secs if you are fluid on the computer. Have been a member for over 5 years and saved hundred$$! Trustworthy site-w/discounts as well as freeshipping (up to $10/order). $500 max shipping refunds per year…no limit on 10-20% off discounts!
Answer: Hello, Any cash back you earn as a member is yours to keep even if you choose to cancel. Thanks!
