I have no idea how freeshipping.com got my debit card information. I have no recollection of subscring to this. $19 was withdrawn from my bank account. I had to cancel my card and file a report with mybank,... just in time for Christmas. Very scary. Then i called the 800 number on their website and they could not verify my account, supposedly without my full debit card number. I of course, did not provide it. Watch out for this everyone. I hv no idea what they really offer. Why have this when you can shop off Amazon or otherfree shipping sites
I worked here very briefly from home near there Portsmouth NH office. The positive reviews are from employees. If you threaten to call the attorney general or better business they will refund all your money but you have to make that threat. It is possible to get money redeemed but 99 percent of people don't. You have to go to the free shipping website first and then the store. They make there money on the 99 percent of people that don't. Most people don't realize what they are signing up for or think it's legit because they trust the website the ad popped at. (They get a cut too super greasy) Sorry to all the people I wasn't able to refund. Lines were recorded and I was trying to provide for my family in a pinch. I was not management and made 9.00 an hour for a pitiful amount exsistence
This used to be a reasonable service at 12.99 a month, they increased the cost to 19.99 and have so many restrictions, it's like they are looking to for reasons not to give you their 10% cash back. I was a member for about 7 years, then they raised the price without telling me (They did the same to a friend). I would not recommend this service to a friend.
This was nothing more than a bait & switch. They suck you in saying you'll get a $10 rebate, but in fact they sign you up and in my case, pulled $19 from my acct. Never got my $10 rebate as I was told. I will be getting my money back one way or another, as well as the $10 I was promised. BBB, lets have a go with this company.
I got a pop-up on Mercari offering $10 off my shipping and I just needed to add my payment option. Since it was through Mercari I thought it was trustful but then I got charged $2 without getting anything back. And then I was charged another $19 on my account. I was able to cancel easily since it was through PayPal, but when I called Free shipping.com for a refund they told me that I didn't have an account with them, even after I have them my info. Very shady business.
I end up forced to sign up since theres a rebate for the tax and delivery charge, and instead of signing out my Worst mistake I ever made. I then noticed that they started to take money out of my account. Please beware of this scammer.
They "caught" me with the $10.00 cashback bait. On registration for the same, $2.00 was instantly debited from my card. That infuriated me so much I immediately deactivated the membership. Even before the free trial window had expired, despite my withdrawing membership, they've gone ahead and debited my card of a previously undisclosed fee of $19.00, viz:
USD 19.00 transaction made on KCB card 4243***6189 at FREESHIPPING.COM on 08/11/2023 12:28pm.
I am absolutely certain this company is a very cleverly set-up scamming operation. I'm so upset. When an online apparatus has a huge volume of material to read governing simple membership procedures, like this one has, then you can be sure there's a dark side being hidden on the legalese. Scam this one!
I was just finishing a order to be delivered from kohls department store online, then suddenly I get a pop up from American Express Fraud department stating a charge and subscription from SHIPFREE.COM, I did not authorize this subscription, they are sneaky and I believe they sneak through the cracks and charge your card for something you don't have any,I'm getting a new card now, if you have this problem call your credit card company, and call *******165 for shipfree.com
I accidentally signed up for this service (SOMEHOW as I am competent with technology), and it has been impossible to cancel. Even after talking to them on the phone and receiving refund confirmation, I am still getting charged, and the refund did not process in my bank.
Originally I liked this company when I first started using them. The problems started this year. I would unsibscribe when I knew I wasn't going to be doing much shopping and i'd come back when I did plan on doing a lot of online shopping. They happily let me spend 3500 over 3 different purchases and everything appeared to be working like normal. Then one day I get an email saying a credit from them was applied to my card. I check and they refunded my sub and cancelled my account. They owed me over 300 dollars and they certainly got paid for my transactions.
When I reached out to their pathetic excuse for customer service I was told I violated their policy by resubscribing. Per "Joe" with support, you are only allowed to sub one time, if you ever cancel you can never come back or they will wait until your month is almost up (so they can make as much money off you as possible) and then they cancel your account so they get to keep your money on top of what they earned.
This is FRAUDULENT activity. As a Director of Service, I can tell you there is nothing anywhere on their site that states you can never return if you cancel your sub. In fact, in the email they sent me when I un-subbed this past May, it clearly states they "Hope to see you again". Yet their CS states no. You can never come back.
It's a shame, it might go good for you initially but they will screw you over and their CS is the worst I've dealt with. They will respond sometimes, eventually, but they really don't know what they are doing and they have zero talent for CS.
I'm going to speak with my legal department at work and see what sort of footing I have to file a class action lawsuit. This company is definitely not on the up and up. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Do NOT use this company! They string you along for a couple payments and then they just cancel your membership. I signed up in September and I was supposed to get a payout in September and then they pushed the payout to October. They took my September and October payment and then they cancelled my membership just before I was due a payout. I was due to get back a decent amount and so they cancelled my membership. You.ve been forewarned!
I am not the first or 100th person to experience this from previous reviewers.
Be Careful this company (Free Shipping.com) will interfere with your purchase by creating a pop up while you are purchasing something online asking for your information. You put in your information thinking you are making your purchase but you are actually applying for an account with FreeShipping.com and will be billed a monthly fee from this fraudulent company. This is very deceptive and morally wrong. Don't do business with FreeShipping.com.
I am a member and I am reimbursed $80-$300 a month usually. People just don't know how to use the site properly. They will give you 10% of every purchase if you click to the merchant from their site, they will reimburse shipping (even return shipping) and they will give you a price match if you find a lesser price for an item you bought. Yes it is $20 a month but the benefits are great.
I have been trying for 3 months to cancel my membership and stop the monthly fee of $19 that they charge. I even closed my checking acct and opened a new one. Somehow, they figured that out and started taking from the new account! Without authorization. I wouldnt even give them the 1 star rating if this site didnt require it. They are a 0 in my opinion.
I was charge $19 this morning via my Paypal account. I questioned it, and was given no date or seller name of a purchase. I asked for reimbursement, which they refused. I was able (I think!— don't trust them) to cancel further subscription monthly $19 fees, but still no information on when or what they claim I purchased that would have triggered their "offer" of a subscription. I requested either a) confirmation of when I supposedly "signed up" and for what, or b) reimbursement, which they refused.
I'm now filing a dispute with Paypal.
I never even used the site to begin with, but, of course that didn't stop them from somehow getting my bank card number. I received a charge of 19$ for no reason, so, of course, I had to have my card blocked and tomorrow (as of this posting) I will need to call my bank to reverse the charges and get a new card in the mail. How wonderful.
I have no idea was people say this is a scam! It is not! I LOVE FREESHIPPING.COM! I use it mostly for eBay…but also for AMAZON, Bath & Body Works, Walmart, & Overstock.com, & TEMU. You can either receive shipping rebates from certain sites (like eBay)…or rebates AND percentage discounts =10% off, (like Bath & Body Works). I do all my shopping online…it is so easy…I click on FREESHIPPING.COM-which plops me into the online shop of choice (there are hundreds of options ~ prob more)!…then I purchase…the discount reimbursements land right in my account…and the rebates I submit (takes 2 mins)…I snap shot the receipt-plug in the costs, forward the info…and by the middle of the following month I am sent a check! In one year-you can only have $500!in pure rebates alone.,,(but the percentage discounts and return shipping costs continue). I have met my max before a year's end in the past- so suspend my membership until the 12 mo period end-then reinstate. Customer Service is great. It's $20 a month but I always receive back my fees. And YES-they cover reimbursements for returns! You just have to remember these simple guidelines! I have been a member for years and love it!
Today I bought earrings on eBay-$0.99 with &7.56 shipping…I will be reimbursed the shipping on October 15…That is an example of hundreds of transactions I have completed. Wonderful! I promise on my life, I am telling the 100% truth!
This business I do not know them, I found out they are charging money and deducting it from my Visa. This has been going on for one year before I find out. They are scammers.
This company is a scam and predatory. Should be based out of an Indian call center run by a Dethroner Nigerian prince. Company needs to be shutdown.
I got a pop up for freeshipping.com on Poshmark. I didn't think it would be anything suspicious since it's Poshmark, well I'm new to online clothes shopping (except for eBay) so I just assumed it would be safe. Nope, it took $20 away from me for no reason. I kind of want to cry since my day was already $#*!ty. ITS A SCAM DO MOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE PLEASE.
Answer: Their advertising is a little sneaky I give you that. But that's your fault, just like out on the city streets, a fool and their money is soon parted.
Answer: Hi Christina, unfortunately I can't locate your account using the information here. Can you please reach out to me directly at [email protected]?
Answer: What's so dishonest about it? I am a regular subscriber and can easily recover my subscription fee many times over.
Answer: I did, but only after threatening to report them to the Attorney General in my state. They rely on the fact that few people will make a fuss.
Answer: You have to buy items from a website…anything from eBay to BATH & BODY WORKS, OVERSTOCK…many others. Go to "freeshipping.com" then delete the site from which you plan to buy-it will direct you to that site. (I always take screenshots of final receipts to add to my freeshipping.com submission), Afterwards you need to enter the purchase date-total cost and shipping cost…then a code is given. I have timed myself-the submission takes 35 secs if you are fluid on the computer. Have been a member for over 5 years and saved hundred$$! Trustworthy site-w/discounts as well as freeshipping (up to $10/order). $500 max shipping refunds per year…no limit on 10-20% off discounts!
Answer: Hello, Any cash back you earn as a member is yours to keep even if you choose to cancel. Thanks!
