Frame samples are not corners! They are 5" strips, it clearly says that on the site, but i was just going based off the images. My fault but buyer beware!

Iblove the frames I ordered. I ordered 4 custom sized frames and my prints fit perfectly in all of them. I chose the Affordable frames because of the price amd I'm very happy with them. They have a nice modern look to them andbi love that they come with glass, not plexiglass. Most affordable frames don't come with glass but these do. I will definitely order again.

The first attempt appeared to be accepted, but wasn't. When I called, I was told to order by email. That didn't work either. Ordering from Frame USA is a painful process.

Overall I enjoy shopping experience here. I especially like their architect frames. Very clean and elegant style.

Shipping address for delivery was mispelled, so Frame USA updated the shipping information to reflect the shipping address on the order.

The website has detailed instructions on how to measure and how the measurement resolves into the final frame - a refreshing experience. I found there is a need to be very precise in measuring the document size, as the 1/8 inch overlap is barely adequate to hide the edges under the mat. The frames were well made and were as expected.

Pretty easy site to maneuver around. I would like to see a better photo of the product as its hard to see on such a small scale, but was very happy with what we received. We purchased several size's and a couple different styles for our studio and all worked & looked great.

Once I placed my order, I realized their office was only 15min from my house. I reached out and asked if I could pick up my order to save on shipping. They agreed, refunded my shipping costs, and has my order ready a week early.
