Although the item I purchased was a great value, and a very nice product, the fact that the glass in the frame arrived broken was totally avoidable. The service I received to replace the glass was very fast and very good. Had the glass been packaged in the original shipment the same as it was in the replacement shipment there would have been no problem to begin with. All in all very satisfied with the product and the timely response and customer service.
The website is very easy to navigate - I found exactly what I was looking for and the shipment arrived in perfect shape and quickly, too.

Very easy to shop and order, wish tracking of your order was a little better but overall great experience.
The frames are satisfactory for the price, but the shipping and delivery process was extremely slow.
Custom sized frames and mats were exactly to the size requested. I would prefer D-rings and wire on the back to the hanger that was supplied, but that was an easy DIY fix. My prints look great in their new frames.:-)
The front opening was as I expected. However, the back opening was too big and the prepared art piece ended up being too small. The overhang was too wide. See attached picture

Great job. I was concerned about the size with a custom size and double matte but it is perfect. I am very happy.
Easy to order nonstandard sizes. Quality product and cost effective.
Doesn't come with matte as pictured. Has a cardboard backing. The wood is very thin and cheaply made. Super disappointed in this purchase, do not recommend.

Architect Frames in the size 18x24 come with cardboard, a sawtooth hanger for wall framing, and styrene.
