Lazy customer service, this company must be staffed by volunteers because these people don't have the least bit of concern about professionalism, profit or retaining customers. Horrible first experience-Never again!
I ordered $115 worth of fragrances on 10/27. According to email it shipped 10/28. According to Tracking # provided it's says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything? This is my 1st time having this kind of issue & I've already emailed FragranceX numerous times with zero response. Getting kinda nervous. $115 is a lot of $ right now, especially with nothing to show for it! I won't bash you guys like some reviewers on here. I appreciate the service you provide, I would just appreciate a remedy for this situation. It's 2020 anything can happen & I definitely understand accidents happen. Once again it's 2020 wouldn't be surprised if the sky started falling all of the sudden. Anyways. I hope I can get my package & enjoy my Mont Blanc & other smellgoods! Nice but very low neckline
I received the top very quickly and it was a nice bright royal blue colour and in a nice light rayon blend material that was not sheer. It did however have a very low neckline. I do not know how to sew so I'm not sure how I could have closed it up since a safety pin would not have been enough to hold it. The top also had a sheer panel of polyester fabric in the same colour as the top, that ran along the back shoulders and about a quarter of the way down the back, which I was not expecting. It would definitely show any undergarments you would be wearing. Although it is a nicely styled top, it also runs a touch big, which was the main reason I had to return it

Very disapointed in the fact that I had to pay both local VAT, customs fees and shipping on my order though ithe site stated, at the time of purchase, that these charges were included.
If pricing had been correct, I would have shopped other places, as price incuding these charges became even more expensive than buying locally!

Abysmal - never again.
This is the second time I am using this service. The first time must have been around June, pretty much at the height of the Covid-19 disruptions here in the UK. I was very happy with the outcome of the original order - it arrived in reasonable time and with no issues. I registered for an account with FragranceX. A few days ago, I happily returned to the FragranceX website (which boasted a new announcement that shipping and operations had not been affected by Covid-19) to order some perfume for my mother. As it was a present, I used my father's card, but asked for the order to be delivered to my home address (my father and I have the same surname). The order was accepted, the payment went through (my father was immediately charged), but several hours later, I received an email from FragranceX, asking me to provide an authorisation from a text sent by the bank. For the next few days, including the weekend, I have been providing the code and trying to communicate with FragranceX by email, phone, Facebook, Instagram, and other means. I was not fortunate enough to encounter any human representatives - the identical automated emails, of which I have altogether received 10, were signed by ‘Amanda', and asked me to provide the same authorisation code I had by then provided ten times. No response came from the Facebook page and no acknowledgment that my emails were received or understood by a human, who could appreciate that my father and I had the same surname and this was reasonable grounds to process the order, was given. I have now cancelled all orders (3 in total), but I note that my father was still charged and received no refund. Disgraceful, disrespectful, all-round abysmal service that has put me off using FragranceX for good.
They charged me 21% extra for giving the VAT for my overseas government. Fragrance X do not know what is my ID, LSO THEY DO NOT know if I am applicable to taxation rules. All what they know is taking the money and it does not matter for them if the overseas government does not accept something without specific Tax ID. I have asked them but all what they know is taking the money, they do no know any further information where t will go. It is a definition for FRAUD. I am going to escalate this FRAUD to my government who will investigate, and most probably will take action as FRAUD Org as it happens more than 3 times as far as I KNOW.
On August 19,2020 we made a purchase from FragranceX.com in the sum of $374.99 CDN or $284.88 USD. We have purchased from here before several times and the package was delivered correctly on each of those purchases. When we traced the package it was returned as "Address doesn't exist". Really? It made it here the last 3 times. WTF? After countless hours trying to get through to them on never answered phone lines we opted to try their email hoping that it may get through. Surprise, surprise they finally responded and stated in the email that due to the circumstances we were entitled to a FULL refund. Stupidly expecting that the situation was corrected we waited and our credit card statement comes in with a $13.57 difference between purchase and a full refund. Of course the phone was useless at that point in the day as they stopped answering it, so I called first thing in the morning when they opened for business and amazingly got a human and no surprise with an attitude. She acknowledged that we have ordered from this address in the past several times but because it was returned by their scam carrier in Canada(who never even attempted delivery because they said the address doesn't exist), they (FragranceX) were going to side with the carrier who is never wrong. Nothing like a direct contradiction, and when asked to explain the price difference on the return all she said was get over it we are keeping your money for shipping, even though the shipping was free because of the size of order, and she slammed the phone down to cut us off. Their chosen shipper in Canada is through Sprint Star Express, who have a 0 out of 5 star rating with 10's of thousands of reviews stating the same thing. This appears to be part of the scam between Sprint Star and FragranceX so they keep the product and money. Fragrance X lies by telling you one thing and then doing another by hiding behind their Return Policy: "Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error." Packages undelivered because attempts weren't made in the first place to deliver them. Thieves because of the keeping of your money. Initially I would have given these people a good review in the past for the deliveries we did receive, but I won't accept this kind of abuse again. I have since found another company that has an excellent review and better product lines and pricing. All I can say is truly stay away from these crooks as you will only end up disappointed with their dispute resolution process, the over all attitude is we got your money, we are right and you are wrong so take your business elsewhere.

I love FragranceX, because it has many perfume varieties. I ordered a lot of perfumes from this site, and got delivered it so fast. The perfumes have a lovely smell and are pocket friendly. Awesome products with good fragrance and freshness. The prices are reasonable, and have excellent quality. Thanks for making the experience great.
I used PayPal to pay for my order on this website and they cancelled my order stating I need to use my credit card on their website. They didn't even notify me that they cancelled my order, I only happen to find out when I inquired about the delay they stated they issued a refund. In addition, they also passed along my email address to other companies. This company is unethical and a scam. Don't provide them your information they will sale it without your permission. Plus if you notice only good reviews are posted. It's not odd it's misleading this will not get posted because they are most likely going to discard this review. They don't even answer phones for authentic customer service.

Don't order if you don't live in the USA. Unfortunately the customer service of this company is not properly trained in cross border purchases and order cancellations. I lost over $20 when canceling an order because they didn't process the cancellation properly. They refused to make me whole. I'll avoid in the future as prices are better on fragrancebuy.ca and fragrancenet.com anyway
