I didn't realize I ordered the aerosol deodorant instead of the perfume but I'm okay with it.
I have been a fragrance x customer for about 2 years now. Absolutely fast delivery, I once got my package damaged through USPS and they sent me another with whatever perfumes were damaged. I was hooked after that! I always order from here however, one day I really wanted a perfume that you guys did not have stocked, I put my info in the "notify me" tab and it has not been stocked. No big deal, but I was craving this specific perfume... so I went over to fragrance net and regret ordering from them. My total at checkout changed after I placed the order. Then I have NO status update on where my order is currently! Every time I check FedEx, it says "pending" the kicker to this, is that it has been about 3 weeks since I've ordered! And they are also located in New York. Just about 1 and a half ago I ordered a perfume from Fragrance X for my sister for her birthday, my order came THAT SAME WEEK! I was so pleased with fragrance x! I will never order from another place again. If I really want a perfume that's not in stock, I will just have to drive myself to the mall... but never again will I order from fragrance net. Absolutely DISAPPOINTING!

My experience with FrangranceX has been very as far as receiving my orders if perfume through the years. It seems that almost every bottle of perfume I get from you leaks! I have gotten many bottles, a couple different fragrances, and they alway leak!
Also, I have been on a wait list for the perfume Royal Doulton for at least a year. I never hear from you that the brand is back. Do you know if the fragrance has been discontinued?
Otherwise, I am happy with my orders. The prices are very good.
