I have been ordering several colognes in last 6 months for my collection. Item and delivery has been very good. By the way... Your survey literally will only allow for 4 stars for each "shopping experience" and "product". Not sure what that is all about?!?!
I placed an order but I didn't get any shipping info via email on my order. I called customer service and this guy Jose answers the phone. He was GREAT! He was very polite & professional and he was fast. I was stunned. I'm familiar with customer service being in sales so I know the drill. My personal goal is to always give the customer a great experience so I can keep them as repeat customers. This guy Jose is like me, maybe better and that's hard for me to admit. Don't lose this guy! Give him a raise, he's worth it.
