There are so many reviews which seem really weird to me? It was my first time ordering (4 items) off of this website. I had an amazing experience because of the great prices that were offered. Everything was received in perfect condition and exactly as the pictures and details described. Shipping didn't take too long for me either. (I am in Canada) Overall, I had a great experience and will order from here again.

Fist off there is no one to make contact with. When you send a return good $#*!ing luck. They will keep the return and you're money. They say to email, and when you do, you'll get a reply on how we can help, and then you'll never hear from them again. Really tempted to drive to their physical location. Fragrance X is a much better option.

I have been suspect of this place for a while. Now I know! I'm not buying another bottle of cologne from these people.
I received a bottle of Armani Code recently. What a joke! A scent that is know worldwide. But there was a slight smell for 10 minutes and it faded. Pitiful that people are being ripped off like this. They should be SHUT DOWN!

I had ordered a perfume and in order to get free shipping, I added 2 items for $30.00. Well they cancelled the shipment of my perfume and just sent the 2 items with. O notice. Tried to cancel the shipment ehe. I saw the credit appeared, they said it was too late and to proceed with return upon receipt but you have to pay for the return shipment and they only issue credits, no refund plus no toll free numbers from Canada

Right after I placed my first order with Fragrance I realize I had order the wrong item. After some research I was able to find a phone number, *******867. Called a total of 6 times. Each time I had to listen to their recording of them constantly repeat their website address, and wanting everyone to go that route. Very annoying. Finally, was told to hit a number to talk to a rep. I hit the number and another recording came on to say the system has an error 21 and to call back later. I would call back and same thing would happen. Today I also tried to call but this time it said to call during business hours. Well, it was 1:00 pm, in the middle of their business day and they still wouldn't answer the phone. As I was calling I also sent 3 emails, I wrote of the situation, and of course, no response until just a little while ago. The email said it was too late! If they would answer their phone or answer my emails on the day I first tried to contact them, this would never have happened. Then the email went on to tell me to go to their website (of course) to return the items once I reveive them. At that point I will need to pay another shipping charge. What kind of scam is this? It's frustrating when you ordered an item and find out there is no customer service. You're on your own.
They repeat over and over to go to their website...good luck trying to figure that out. What a horrible and dysfunctional company. They care nothing about the customer, they just want your money! I AM WRITING THIS TO WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM A NIGHTMARE!

I ordered three items from Fragrancenet.com. I wasn't sure the order went through, since you receive no notification or thanks for placing an order. There is no tracking number given, nothing. I checked my credit card, and the order was paid for. Ten days or so, and I received a large box containing two small items snd absolutely no paperwork. I waited a week, hoping the third item would come, but it didn't. Since I didn't receive paperwork, I have no order number. Everything on their website that offers help, requires an order number. So I called the 800 number and was on hold for a long time. It is obvious that this hold is just a ruse. They don't intend to answer it or give me any help.

Don't mess with these idiots. There are bound to be more professional companies to purchase from. Run away, run away!

Don't buy from this website/ business. Everything leads to fraud. I ordered something for my wife over a week ago, but hasnt shipped. I'm embarressed, because some international has robbed me. They dont respond to email or phone calls. STAY AWAY...

I received my package a couple of days ago,I ordered 2 different kinds of perfumes,when I opened my package it was only one of my perfumes. I have been emailing and calling this company like crazy,no response,no answer now the message says there closed for the holidays‼ Never will I ever order from them again,just a rip off,and it's two days before Christmas! I've bought a parcel in December 14th to be shipped to Canada. No information provided, tracking number doesn't work and customer service not helpful. No information provided.and vague email without no content at all. Last time I buy from this

Ordered 2 men's bottles of mens cologne. Had to call and email them after a week of hearing nothing. Then received the products which at first looked authentic. Then the smell test compared to department store bottles previously bought. Instant fail! Both scents are WAY off and smell nothing like the real brand. These clowns know what they are doing. It's a total scam. Be smarter than I was and go to a respected seller.

I placed an order a week ago. Express shipping 1-3 days and order still says "in warehouse" I have reached out multiple times and called although I was on the phone for over an hour and NO ONE ever answered. I still have no status updates on my order and don't know if it will arrive before Christmas or even this year. I will NEVER order from this company again. I found them through American eShoppg portal and am going to write them as well because that gave me a false sense of security this was a reputable company. It is clearly NOT! Buyer beware!

I am weeks in and AMTHISCLOSE to disputing the charge with my CC company. Wish I had read hate reviews prior but I was too lazy to try and find Tom Ford product locally. So yeah, to date I am out close to $500 - tracking updates keep changing (but today is not even available), company never answers the phone. How they have lasted this long has me baffled...

DELIVERY was made same day as review - products opened and tested and are legit (authentic)

Ordered a few perfumes from Fragrancenet.com that I wanted quickly so i paid 20$ extra for 3-5 days and that was before December started! Shipment just sittling in suburb of Chicago.I could have walked there and picked up my package by now! What kind of shipping company is better trucks?
Express shipping should be trusted to Fedex/UPS/USPS. Now they say can't cancel order

I purchased a gift card as a birthday present; this order was confirmed, and the amount was pulled from my credit card. Just some minutes later, I received a mail from this vendor that the delivery was "put on hold for security reasons", and the mail consisted of an interview, asking all I had already typed in for the order, plus was asking for the phone number of the credit card issuer and much more, certainly not helpful if there would be "security reasons." Best of all - there wasn't even a tiny hint where and how to send this bs to. I tried to call them to no avail, so I sent a complaint by e-mail. Now, days later, I am still waiting for a response, all I received was the very same "your order is on hold" e-mail again.

My first time ordering from this site, I can honestly say I was a little iffy about it because I have always bought my perfume in store. I Placed My order on December 2nd, I started to get worried when I didn't see it come in 3-5 business days like they said it would but eventually it did come today. Looks great an smells great lol i also just ordered a perfume for my mother an aunt for Christmas so fragrance net will definitely be getting more business out of me!

I bought a tommy bahama for way more than it's worth on 11/28. It is 12/12 It took them 4 emails and three weeks JUST TO SHIP IT NOW? The only reason why they finally shipped it to me asking for my refund back TWICE(which they never gave) they just totally disregarded the two emails I asked my refund. They completely ignored the email and on the same day they decided to dreamt the shipping label and finally ship it out. Are you serious?Mind you they didn't not make any tracking number for me or didn't update my order status number. So I couldn't check where my package was during those three weeks. If you don't want the headache go to some other discounters this place is awful.

We just received our Christmas gift - Bvlgari Splendida Patchouli Tentation. Prior to opening the box, we saw the reviews on the company. I checked the back of the box, and sure enough, there is Arabic. Which is not in the REAL packaging. I called the company, and "due to unforeseen circumstances" they are not answering their phone. Luckily we paid through Amazon Pay, so if nothing else, we will get that back. Do not get roped in. This company ships fake product!

Spent $200 on perfume. Was stated the product was in Melbourne Australia. I'm in Adelaide. After nearly a month and numerous emails now I'm being told the product is in America and waiting on dispatch. All emails seem to be automated think I've been scammed
