I went online to order a cologne for my son (Dec 2) and the site presented me with the chance to gain %40 off my entire order so I made the purchase. It reassured me that the discount had been applied. After I had an order number, I immediately checked my bank statement because I never saw the discount applied to the total and I was charged the full price of the cologne with no discount. On top of that it's a $9 charge for standard shipping. I'm just asking FrangranceNet.com to honor what they say they will do and apply my discount to my order.

Buyer beware, they never answer to calls and your package will NEVER get to you. The positive reviews might just be their staff …

I have been ordering from this company for years. They changed their delivery carrier to a unknown company named TForce, let's just say I never got my order, it was never delivered to me, called customer service waited 1 hour to speak with someone, when I did get someone she was no help nothing but attitude, never offer to resend my order, just offer me my money back. Be careful because they wanted to go the cheap way for delivery my order never showed up..

I purchased two of my favorite fragrances; Fancy by Jessica and Burberry. They are all fakes. One spray and the scent disappears. I sent an email asking for a refund and no one has gotten back to me.

I ordered a perfume that was never delivered because it was "out of stock". I reached out to them via email to find out if it would be delivered once back in stock and all I got back was a response of, "You have a discount that can be used to buy it". How am I going to repurchase an item that I already paid for? Where is my reimbursement? Never got a response. Last and final purchase from them. They lost a long time, loyal customer.

Be careful! Ordered from them, they took payment immediately and still not received ANY communication or, indeed, my perfume….

They told me I get free 2 day shipping...It is 8 days now and I still have no items. There is no one you can speak to over there at their company and the shipper is of no help of course. Now I need to go through the process with my credit card of cancelling the order. This is a scam. Do not order from them. Better off paying more to get from a reputable company like ulta.

I would like to mention that I purchased the product and what I received is not the original product. The smell is not the same and I have been to validate at 2 perfume places and they said the same thing. It's a copy.
I'm quite upset about the situation of having me screwed over. I've been using the same perfume for over 8 years so I know the smell well.
I would like to know your refund policy please.

Do not buy from this site. They just want your money. They lie to their customers about products shipping, provide bogus tracking information & refuse to refund your money when you do not receive any of the product you ordered. Stay away, stay far far away from this site. I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to give one to leave a review

I'm not sure how this company is allowed to operate but I placed a few orders with them, and I'm sure I'm not the first or last person to say this but they sell old stock with a majority mix of fake frangenaces. Some of the perfumes were completely fake and some of them were just Old stock that lost their smell. To be fair they refunded me for all after I return the product but just going through the process of finding out that it's fake why you had planned to give these as a gift was very disappointing. BUYER BEWARE I suggest going to a legitimate retailer and paying the premium price. At least you're getting peace of mind that the products are real. Alot of these online discount fragrance sites, are all the same, fake goods mixed with old stock. In this situation you get what you pay for.

I have been using the same cologne for years and I mean years! So i know the smell! So i ordered CKB it came rather fast... however it smelled nothing like CKB! So I decided to look at the label and bottle including the packaging and everything was off! I guess the joke is on me for not realizing that the price was incredibly cheaper then usual! SMH Shame on this company!

We've been ordering perfumes through Fragrancenet several times, but lately very horrible customer service. Chat takes 15 mins to get a representative and phone it takes 30 mins to talk to an agent. I ordered perfumes on 10/3, the funds taken from my bank but over a week now the order status still same as "order received". They do not even take the time to send an email to let the customer know if there's a delay due to what reason etc. Even just that would have been suffice. We will not purchase from this online store ever again! Horrible customer experience.

FragranceNet stopped using UPS Delivery Service is now using a cheap unreliable delivery carrier called TForce. TForce will not deliver your order. TForce will update its website to notate, "Delayed Delivery" which will go on and on for days

I purchased Light Blue by Dolce Gabbana. Pure water & alcohol. The fragrance is nothing like the original that I have purchased in the past at Macy's. Fake product. I will never purchase anything again from this website. Save your money people. I am very disappointed.

When you order from this company you have a 50/50 chance: you either get what you ordered or they send you whatever they have in stock that's not selling (because it smells awful) and then you have to deal with the process of having to return the crap you never ordered to begin with just so you can get your money back.

I ordered two Clarins perfumes that I cannot find anywhere due to being stationed in a remote location with my military husband. What I got what some Gucci perfume TESTERS (not even the real thing) that smells like something your grandma would want to receive for Christmas in 1995: ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I'm 39 and I'm not about to smell like Mrs. Doubfire.

Anyway, to make matters worse, I'm undergoing surgery in a few hours and won't have a chance to make that return, which I should not be responsible for in the first place since I didn't make the mistake, until 3 weeks from now.

When I contacted them and explained the situation, to include pictures of what they had sent me, they basically said: oh well, get our grandma's perfume back or you don't get your money. I'd be glad to make a return, but where I live, we don't have USPS pickup services because it is a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific ocean. I would think they'd have some respect just for the facts I provided them, but evidently they could care less about their customer and are money driven instead.

Also be aware that they only allow positive reviews on their website and filter the "less positive" ones, an entirely unethical practice in handling business. I submitted a review twice days ago; however, it is nowhere to be found.

I will NEVER, EVER use this company again and neither should you, if you care where your money goes.

The tool said I would get the package in 5 to 8 business days. Now it's almost 3 weeks and still no movement. When I asked for to cancel the order, they said they cannot cancel it because the fulfillment process had already began even though there is no movement on the tracking website. It appears the package is lost but they refuse to acknowledge. Starting a charge back dispute ASAP.

Ordered Lutens La Fille de Berlin first at Fragrance Net. Then Lutens official website dropped price so I tried to cancel my fragrance net order after it has been stayed in the warehouse 3 days without shipping. They rejected and shipped immediately. I got the two orders on the same day. The FN one does NOT smell right. The one I previously got as a smple from Lutens and the one I got this time (with a limited bottle) is the same with rose aroma But the FN one smells like ALCHOL! It brought me strong headache. Strange color as well! The true one from Lutens official website has a brownish red look while the FN one looks like strawberry red. Definitely fake!

I ordered Terre D'Hermes, which I had used for years before. What I received was alcohol and after returning it they only gave me a credit rather than a reimbursement. Obligated to use the credit, I order a different presentation of the same Terre. It was even worse. This time it was water rather than alcohol. They know what they are doing. How are they allowed to have a business? Can anyone do something about this company? Is there any resources? Has anybody filed a lawsuit against them?

I placed an order with FragranceNet for over $800. The order never arrived and they just kept blaming the courier. They don't take any ownership for their orders and just kept telling me they call; t refund my order because they sent it to the courier and it's in the couriers hands to deliver it. They cost me over $800 and didn't do anything about it. This is by far the worst customer service I ever have dealt with
