Buyer beware. Absolutely Terrible retailer. Processed my order and didn't even bother to inform me my perfume was not in stock I waited weeks without even knowing. They are also SLOW. I've have cancelled or amended the order if they'd had the decency to tell me. Asked for a supervisor response keep getting these BS computer generated responses...I'm completely being ignored. Don't shop here. It's just not worth it

Been a customer subce the very begining. Noted a drastic deterioration on the company business practices. Ordered placed never received, trucking company contacted they stated it was on the truck contacted Fragance.net added shall receive it by March 19 nothing. Ontacted the trucking co. Stating bever received the order. The proper action would have beeen by fragance.netbto reirder it and do express deliverynafter over 20 years my freinds acquaintances colkeagues and community will no longer order from you.

I AM A COLLECTOR ON MANY HIGH END COLOGNES LIKE TOM FORD AND CREED COLOGNES AND I ORDERED A TOM FORD ONBRE LEATHER AND THEY SENT ME A DONNA KARAN 1ST AND WHEN I REACHED OUT TO SERVICE IT TOOK 1/2 HOUR N THEY SENT ME ANOTHER COLOGNE 2 DAYS LATER ONLY THIS TIME IT WAS NOT TOM FORD BUT A STINKY JIMMY CHOO. NOW THEY WANT ME TO SEND IT BACK WHEN I HAVE NO TIME WC MADE ME ORDERED ONLINE IN FIRST PLACE. HORIBLE SERVICE =PAY EXTRA AND BUY IN MACYS OR HIGH END STORES ---DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY--THEYD RATHER REFUND ME RATHER THAN FIX THEIR PACKING ISSUES FOR THEIR CUSTOMER

Ive read that you should stay away from the fragrances (I never personally did) which kind of sucks because thats the basis of their name. HOWEVER, I ordered 7 different colors of Viral Colorwash & Colorditioner, Fanola Oil and the largest container of Dream Coat by Color Wow. Everything came in really well packaged, all the tops of the dyes were sealed with plastic and the quality was amazing for everything. This was a year ago and I'm still using some of the dyes as I ordered a lot and just havent run out, they all still work really well.

I ordered Creed from this "vendor" and as soon as I opened it I knew it wasn't the real scent. But when I tried to send it back they said "sorry, you opened it"

DON"T BUY anything from them. I bought Mon Paris from fragrancenet.com. I got perfume and after couple of use I was very frustrated because the fragrancy was absolutely terrible. I decided to check if it's the same smell as in the perfume store. It was totally different smell of perfume in the store. So it's obvious that fragrancenet.com send me fake perfume. That was absolutely terrible experience.

I purchased Fancy Love perfume from Fragrancenet.com with the intentions of receiving it in 1 to 2 business days as I paid the extra to reassure this to happen. Spent hours for 3 days calling the customer service number they provided on their website. Nobody answers the phone because their is no customer service to answer the phone. Send 3 email's and never received a reply to any of them. This is not how you do good business. As a first time customer this will definitely be my last. Shame on you Fragrancenet.com... Shame on you.

Outstanding service! I ordered perfume for my wife and it was shipped promptly, communication was excellent. It arrived from New York to Perth really quickly. The perfume was authentic and just what my wife wanted. I was a little worried when I read the negative reviews, but I'm so glad I ordered from them, as my experience was perfect and they sold perfume that I couldn't buy anywhere else. I would highly recommend these guys. Thank you so much!

Wrong Order Received

I placed an order with them for Jimmy Choo Blossom & Escada Sentiment to receive 2 bottles of perfume I've never heard of. I then contacted customer service for them to tell me in order for me to receive the correct items I had to send the order back that should have never shipped out to me to begin with. I then emailed them & they tell me as a Courtesy we'll refund you your money back. How the heck fragranceNet mess up my order,however,state as a courtesy I'm giving you your money back. The freaking Nerve of them. They will no longer get my business.

Bad service

Beware of purchasing at fragrancenet.com bcz they are dealing with a cheaper Lazership On Trac, shipping vendor, at the expense of quality. On March 15,2023, I bought three items at Fragrancenet.com and extra for faster delivery, yet the package was not delivered as scheduled. I tried to no avail to make a phone call with Fragrancenet.com or On Trac. A very poor customer service. I advise all those concerned to be careful when considering doing business with these two businesses. I really don't know how pertinent US authorities allow them to do business. I am uploading a photo showing how the On Trac dealt with my package. They kept changing the delivery date inaccurately with no explanation.

No fragrance

I signed up for the monthly subscription, I got my first order it was dolce Gabbana light, the ingredients were listed on the tiny bottle it smelled like pure alcohol and believe it or not that was the first ingredient, the bottle was easy to open so I actually think they made it themselves. Very disappointed!

Was ok at first

I made a purchase for Idole. Received my product promptly. Later made another purchase sent wrong one. Update::: Finally heard back from the company about my order. Their response was they were out of stock and I was refunded before I received their response. It would have been better if I was notified before they shipped what they sent. Because the vials they sent smell awful. Like detergent or soap. So I couldn't use it. Would have nice if I could have chosen a different fragrance.

I ordered a bottle of Jimmy Choo men's cologne, I must say it smells great! I'm happy with the purchase and the price. At first I wasn't happy with the shipping/carrier, it took a few days before it actually started to move, but once it was in transit, it arrived in Canada pretty quickly. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I'm happy, and it was very well packaged, highly recommend. Thank you

Shorted me one-third of my order, yet charged me for full shipment. Never notified me that I would be shorted until I inquired where the rest of my order was.

This is how they run their business? Why was I not notified that my order would be short at the time of shipment when they KNEW they were not sending everything I'd paid for?

Never again. I don't do business with companies who try to get over on their paying customers.

Lots of other fragrance discounters and they'll be getting my future business. You lost another customer FragranceNet. Way to go.

Never again

I made a purchase 3 weeks ago. On the 3rd day is said it was shipped and provided a tracking number. It is now 18 days since and the item still say's "USPS is awaiting the item". I have tried to contact them to find out what is going on and I have gotten ZERO response. Do NOT give these people your money!

I have been a pretty loyal customer of a certain skin care line bought at reduced pricing at Fragrance.net…rarely if ever checking grams or mls & instead making purchasing decisions based on need and PRICE.
My last order included a bar of soap which was priced according to previous purchases made. ( $30 USD).When it arrived I almost fell over. Yes they stated it was 17 grams in the fine print. ( hindsight IS 20/20) but the cost was pretty much the same as a regular bar. This thing wouldn't keep a mouse's arse clean for more than a week…absolutely tiny! It's appalling to me that they would even have this item priced as a big bar never mind having it in stock at all. I'm sure I'm not the only one who made this purchase based on price without checking the size. Massive rip off!

Will never shop from them again.

Broken bottle, no refund

I got a package soaked in perfume. Apparently, the bottle was broken and the perfume leaked everywhere. The brown paper too inside was all soaked. The package smelled strongly, irresistibly strongly. I didn't know where to take the box. Couldn't keep it home, but neither did I want to trough it away, in case they needed more pictures or wanted me to return it, since I was hoping to get refunded.
I tried to call fragrancenet customer service dozens of times, different days all during working hours. No response!
I emailed them several times and sent pictures of the package. I only got automatic response stating the same exact text; "to get back to them with the item and photo attachment, so that they MAY offer further assistance". Is this a joke? I spent 97$ to get a broken bottle, spend hours to make a call, get ignored and not even get a return label, but pay even more money to ship a useless bottle, so that this irresponsible online store may or may not assist me further? Is this how they handle their business?
I intended that perfume as a gift, so I had to buy a different perfume in a retail store. That's how you "save" your money with fragrancenet.com
I will share my experience on every platform I can so people know what they might be dealing with.
