Fragrancebuy.ca is the best website to purchase fragrances for many reasons. First, the customer service is excellent, there are many options from both niche, celebrity and designer worlds. Lastly, the prices are way affordable than at physical stores (retailers) and shipping and delivery are very secure ( never missed a package).
I like purchasing products from Fragrance Buy. They do a great job of making good quality fragrances a little more affordable. My only quibble would be that I think they should offer free delivery, at least for orders over $100 or $150.
I've order many products from them and they've always arrived quickly and in good shape.

My first choice to check for a fragrance online. Excellent service and prices, just need to improve time it takes to ship out and also make free shipping over $50/60 for loyal customers. You are losing sales for that when people only need to make a smaller purchase.

Last year, it took a couple weeks for my orders to be delivered. I was impressed that it took days (not up to a week) from order to delivery in the US this time.

Received cologne timely! All was well with the box, no damage.
I ordered the 2 fragrances (Polo Red Parfum & Invicto Victorious Elixir) that I really wanted, and added 3 extra 'cheapies', so that I could get shipping for free.
The items arrived in about 4 - 5 days. For reference, at the time of this review, I live in Pennsylvania, so I do not know if being in a U.S. State closer to Canada affects the shipping time.
All in all, I definitely recommend buying fragrances from Fragrance Buy, if you can, or if the fragrance you want is cheaper on it.

I've been purchasing from you for 5 years and have bought around 10-15 fragrances. Your prices can't be beat but I feel like something happened with your customer service in the last few years. I'm not sure if you outsourced or expanded but it's not the same as it was. The first example was when I made a purchase and I was hoping to get maybe a sample or 2 like I previously had. When I received premium fragrance samples, in some cases I purchased them. The customer service rep told me they had no control if samples would be included or not. Understandable. Literally the following day there was a special to include samples. The second example was on during this year's sale. On June 27th I went on your website right when the sale started and I couldn't add the freebie or sample to my cart. I emailed at 945pm after trying numerous times and was told they couldn't give me a reason as to why I couldn't as in the past they have seen hundreds of orders in the first minutes. Again, understandable, but I was on the website right when the sale started and it still had the image advertising the items. Overall just disappointing experiences and doesn't leave me wanting to go out of my way to purchase new fragrances. Lastly, the way these emails are concluded these days with "have a fragrant day" and wishing a "happy and fragrant journey tonight" just seemed ingenuine. I don't want this review posted, I'm just hoping Gary reads this.

FedEx told me package was damaged in shipping. And the product I ordered is sold out so there's no way to get a replacement. Sucks that things weren't packed with care.
