Love FedEx, they leave it at your door, instead of pretending they "tried" to deliver your package (while your at WORK of course). Then make you go get it yourself (UPS)! Fragbuy has the best pricing, selection and shipping options. Great service thus far.

I wish you had more sales as a Canadian. I buy from FragranceNet and FragranceBuy both, the prices for certain perfumes are just less on Fragrancenet despite the US conversion. For a Canadian company, I just wish you guys were more competitive, hence the neutral rating. My expectations as a Canadian are just not met, hence the disappointment. Even the loyalty program is not really worth it, double/triple the points days during the month would help to boost customer loyalty. So you don't need to compare with other site. You can blindly buy knowing you have the lowest prices. The quality of the perfumes has gone down too. I ordered a cologne few months back, wrote to you about the quality, and instead of replacing it you gave me ways to boost the cologne with creams/mositurizers, or try and not put moisturizer to see if the scent changed. It's just not the way to respond to customers. I was in no way asking for a refund, just questioning the quality. The company is just okay, I wish it was more advantageous to customers pockets.
I bought a cologne for my son's birthday and was really surprised with how quickly it arrived.
