After seeing my comments below, FrangranceBuy agreed to refund my entire purchase amount. I was very happy to learn that they are attentive to customer concerns and would, based on this interaction and their bargain pricing and quick fulfillment of orders, purchase from them in the future.
Sent the wrong items. Asked for a full refund and was told that there was a 20% return and restocking fee (this was after I indicated that I was intending to purchase the correct item from the company!) Very poor customer service choice.
I always check here first for anything I buy fragrance related. Over 90% of the time fragrancebuy.ca has what I want at the best price on the internet. Keep up the amazing work!
Amazing clone of Elysium. Compared it to a sampler decant and it was very close. The opening and dry-down were very close.

First time customer with Fragrance Buy, and I'm very happy with the experience. Everything arrived safely, the boxes were all cellophane wrapped, and the perfumes were exquisite. Customer service responded promptly and effectively to a concern I had emailed them for. I have already placed a second order with them.

I was very excited to buy a bond no. 9 dubai amethyst cologne from fragrancebuy.ca. This wasn't my first bottle so I'm very familiar with the scent. This is not the same dubai amethyst I've used previously. It literally lasts no more than 30 seconds when I've sprayed dubai amethyst 2-3 times and it lasts one full day. I compared this bottle from fragrancebuy to the dubai amethyst i have at home and they are 2 different things very disappointed and will definitely recommend not shopping here

I've been consistently impressed with the cologne selection and prices offered by this website. Their range of authentic colognes is fantastic, and the prices are among the best I've found. However, my satisfaction is marred by recurring shipping issues. My most recent order was supposed to arrive two days ago, but it's still stuck in another state. Despite creating a ticket and contacting the handler, the delay remains unresolved, and there's no clear explanation. This ongoing shipping problem has been inconvenient and frustrating, overshadowing the otherwise positive aspects of the business. I hope they can address these issues soon to improve their overall service. **Update:** Fragrancebuy reached out to me and threatened to deactivate my account after I posted two honest reviews for separate orders. They also asked me to revise my review. That speaks volumes.

I previously gave one star due to delay in shipping. A costumer service agent reached out and explained the delay caused by high volume of orders and that they are working to preventing this issue in the future. Other than that I had no issues with the website.
It came within a week of purchase, the fragrance itself came in original box that was unopened. Absolutely love the scent, waiting to see it's performance in cold weather but it performs very well and lasts all day long with strong projection. Literally woke up the next day and the smell was faint but still there. Highly recommend this service and highly recommend Lattafa Khamrah. I'm going to purchase the qawha edition next
Great deals on parfums!
Would have appreciated to get more free samples to try. When you buy in other Boutiques, you can get about 3 free perfume samples, per Perfume Bottle that you buy. And this way, we might fall in love with other fragrances & buy even more… Shipping time was okay.
